the Reader user interface
**Optional to the user, the Reader will give a synopsis and/or define the importance of every Bill to the user.
A Reader:

the Reader will simplify every Bill into an easy-to-read, concise format.

The user will define how concise they want the Reader to be.

Basic: What the Bill does, Who the bill effects, and How much it costs.

Intermediate: Basic but with more detail for the What, Who, and How.

Detailed: Intermediate but with more detail.

B Importance Meter:

The user can define what subjects are important to them and the Reader will search every Bill and provide a 0-100 score based on the subject(s) contained within the Bill.

The higher the score, the more important that Bill should be to the user.
